What can I return?
You can return part or all of your order for free within 30 days from the date of receipt. We accept returns of items purchased on our website if they are like new, unworn, and with their original tags. Once the package is received by our warehouse, you will be fully refunded.

Parcels can only be returned from the country where they were delivered. We do not accept return of online purchases at our stores at this time.
When do I get my refund?
Once we receive your package, our team will verify its contents, inspected to ensure it is unworn and in original condition. We will then send the credit back to your financial institution within 15 days.
How can I exchange an item?
Please note direct exchanges of our products are not possible at this stage. If you need a different size or colour, you will need to return the item back to us for a refund, and then place a new order.
