Please start by accessing this page to print your prepaid return label.
Then you can post your return label on the outside of the parcel and bring it to one of the available drop-off points. Please, click on the following link to find the drop-off point of your choice: UPS Access Point.
You don’t have any UPS Access Points near you? We can organise a home pick up for your returning parcel. To that end, please contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.
Please note that parcels can only be returned from the country where they were delivered.
We do not accept return of online purchases at our stores at this time.

What can I return?
We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original condition; unworn with tags attached and for footwear with the original box in new conditions.
When can I return?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
When do I get my refund?
The refund of your return takes 15 days once you drop off your returning parcel.
Your parcel will be first delivered to our intermediary warehouse in Coventry. Within the following 10-12 days, the parcel will reach our main warehouse in France. Then your return will be processed in the best delays, and you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 2-3 additional business days for your credit card refund to show on your statement.
Can I exchange an item?
Please note direct exchanges of our products are not possible at this stage. If you need a different size or colour, you will need to return the item back to us for a refund, and then place a new order.
