In Europe, SOREL branded products including footwear are warranted for 2 years.
Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in garments, equipment and footwear manufactured by Sorel.
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will either repair the product free of charge, replace it or offer you a voucher, after an assessment carried out by our product team.
Please note that Sorel does not warrant and is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, natural breakdown of materials over time, or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal wear or failure to follow product care instructions.
