When will I receive my refund?

The refund of your return takes 15 business days once you drop off your returning parcel.

Your parcel will be first delivered to our secondary warehouse in Belgium. Within the following 10-12 days, the parcel will reach our main warehouse in France. Then your return will be processed in the best delays, and you will receive an email confirmation.

Please allow 2-3 additional business days after the transaction for your credit card refund to reflect on your statement.
