Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to process your order quickly so that you receive it as soon as possible.
Due to the speed of our processing, it is not possible to cancel or modify an order once it is in progress.

If you forget to include an item in a confirmed order, simply place a second order for the additional item.
It will be shipped in a separate package, with a distinct order number and a different tracking number.

If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to wait until you receive it, then return it to us in order to be refunded.
