Where do we deliver?

In Europe, SOREL ships to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom.

For each of these countries Columbia has a separate online shop in local currency and language. Please select the online shop of the country where you would like to receive your delivery. 

The sorelfootwear.co.uk online shop delivers to the United Kingdom, including Shetland, Orkney and the Outer Hebrides. Currently we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or Gibraltar. 

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

We work with UPS to make sure that your order is delivered fast and safely. You can choose between standard delivery at your home or to one of the UPS Access Point™ locations in your neighbourhood for a hassle-free pick up.  

We try our best to meet the delivery times. However, during busy times (e.g. Black Friday week-end , winter holidays or during sales) these shipping times might be delayed up to 48 hours. We do everything in our power to ensure a fast delivery and reduce the shipping time to a minimum.

Free home and UPS Access Point™ deliveries for all orders over £70.

Please note that our delivery times are estimated and do not take into account any delay due to payment authorization.

Please note that our distribution center is located in the north of France. Thus, it is closed on public holidays in France and cannot process orders on those days.
French bank holidays : 1st January, Good Friday and Easter Monday , 1st May, 8th May, Ascension Thursday (May, date varies) , Pentecost Monday (June, date varies) , 14 July, 15 August, 1 November, 11 November, 25 December.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and order tracking link.

Delivery

For UPS standard home delivery , you can find out the delivery date by checking the tracking link . If you are not at home on that day, the carrier will drop off the package at the nearest UPS access point. We invite you to check tracking of your package to know the address of the relay point where it was delivered.
