Delivery Information

Where do we deliver?

In Europe, Sorel ships to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Shetland Islands, Orkney and the Outer Hebrides).

For each of these countries, Sorel has a separate online shop in local currency and language. Please select the online shop of the country where you would like to receive your delivery.

The Sorel.fi online shop delivers to Finland (except Åland Islands). You can only have your order delivered to the country associated with the website you are ordering from. Therefore, if you wish to have your order delivered to a different country, you will need to place your order on the website for that specific country and provide a delivery address located there.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

We work with UPS to make sure that your order is delivered fast and safely.

You can choose between standard or express home delivery and delivery to one of the UPS Access Point™ locations in your neighborhood for a hassle-free pickup. 

We try our best to meet the delivery times. However, during busy times (e.g. Black Friday weekend or during sales) these shipping times might be delayed up to 48 hours. We do everything in our power to ensure a fast delivery and reduce the shipping time to a minimum.

Free home and UPS Access Point™ deliveries for all orders over €80.

Express delivery orders placed on Monday are shipped on Tuesday and delivered by Thursday at the latest. Orders placed on Saturday are shipped on Monday and delivered by Wednesday at the latest.

Please note that our delivery times are estimates and do not account for potential delays due to payment authorization.

Our distribution centre is in the North of France. That is why, it is closed on French public holidays and does not process any orders on these days
French bank holidays : 1st January, Good Friday and Easter Monday, 1st May, 8th May, Ascension Thursday (May, date varies), Pentecost Monday (June, date varies), 14 July, 15 August, 1 November, 11 November, 25 December.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and order tracking link. 

Delivery

For UPS standard or express home delivery, you can find out the delivery date by checking the tracking link. If you are not at home on that day, the carrier will drop off the package at the nearest UPS access point. We invite you to check tracking of your package to know the address of the relay point where it was delivered.
