Where do we deliver?
In Europe, Sorel ships to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Shetland Islands, Orkney and the Outer Hebrides).
For each of these countries Sorel has a separate online shop in local currency and language. Please select the online shop of the country where you would like to receive your delivery.
The Sorel.fi online shop delivers to Finland (except Åland Islands). If you wish delivery to a different European country, please check out our country locator page.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
We work with UPS to make sure that your order is delivered fast and safely.
You can choose between standard or express home delivery and delivery to one of the UPS Access Point™ locations in your neighbourhood for a hassle-free pick up.
We try our best to meet the delivery times. However, during busy times (e.g. Black Friday week-end or during sales) these shipping times might be delayed up to 48 hours. We do everything in our power to ensure a fast delivery and reduce the shipping time to a minimum.
Free home and UPS Access Point™ deliveries for all orders over €80.

*From Mondays to Fridays. Please allow additional time, required to prepare your order prior to shipment.
Express shipping orders placed on a Monday are dispatched on Tuesday and will be delivered on Wednesday. Express shipping orders placed on a Saturday are dispatched on Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday.
Please note that our delivery times are estimated and do not take into account any delay due to payment authorization.
Our distribution centre is closed on French public holidays and does not process any orders on these days. French holidays 2021: 1st January, 5th April, 1st May, 8th May, 13th May, 24th May, 14th July, 15th August, 1st November, 11th November, 25th December.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and order tracking link.
Delivery
In case of a failed delivery attempt, UPS will leave a notice in your letter box and you will have the possibility to retrieve your order at UPS’s nearest access point.
