When will I receive my refund?

The return refund process may take up to 15 business days.

 

The package will first be delivered to our secondary warehouse and then, within 10–12 days, forwarded to our main warehouse in France. It will be processed as quickly as possible, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. The refund will appear in your account within 2–3 business days thereafter.
