When will I receive my refund?

The refund of your return takes 15 working days once you drop off your returning parcel. Within the following 10-12 days, the parcel will reach our main warehouse in France. Once we receive your package, our team will verify its content, inspect it to ensure it is unworn and in original condition.
Then your return will be processed in the best delays, and you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 2-3 additional business days for your credit card refund to reflect on your statement.
