What happens if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?

When your order is dispatched, an email will be sent to you allowing you to track your order.

For standard or express home delivery done by UPS, you will be able to find out the delivery date by checking the tracking link. If you are not home on that day, the carrier will drop off the package at the nearest UPS location. We invite you to check the tracking of your package to find out the address of the UPS point where it was delivered.
