When will I receive my refund?

The return refund process may take up to 15 business days.

Your parcel will be first delivered to our secondary warehouse in Eindhoven. Within the following 10-12 days, the parcel will reach our main warehouse in France. Then your return will be processed in the best delays, and you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 2-3 additional business days for your credit card refund to reflect on your statement.
